1. Service Engagement

All consulting services are provided under individual agreements. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific project proposal or contract.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and exclude VAT (not applicable)
• Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• Standard payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% on completion for small projects
• Larger projects may have milestone-based payment schedules

3. Intellectual Property

• Client retains ownership of their business data and content
• Custom code developed specifically for clients becomes client property upon full payment
• BCI Consulting retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks
• Open-source components remain under their respective licenses

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and business data. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

5. Liability Limitation

• Services are provided with reasonable skill and care
• Liability is limited to the value of services provided
• We maintain professional indemnity insurance where required
• Clients are responsible for data backups and testing

6. Cancellation

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Work completed up to cancellation point will be invoiced
• Urgent termination may be subject to additional fees
